You can shop directly at our two physical stores in Lisbon:

Mon–Fri: 11 am–8 pm | Sat: 2 pm–8 pm | Sun: Closed

We accept the following payment methods in-store:

5. Shipping & Delivery

We offer shipping across Lisbon and all of Portugal via CTT, with 1 working day delivery.

  • 📦 Shipping cost within Portugal: €5

  • 🚚 Free shipping for orders over €90

  • 🌍 International shipping: €10

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns only if there is an issue with the product, such as damage, defect, or wrong item received.

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We’ll assess the issue and do our best to resolve it promptly.
